All fabricated metal totals are calculated and priced by the pound to ensure you provide accurate material quantiles, as they need them, to your supplier.
Not all plans provide the sheet style required to provide accurate cut and fill totals for all excavation and underground material quantities totals. If we find that to be the case, we will advise our client as they will effect proper pricing for that scope of work.
All concrete estimates are broken down in detail breaking down all steam wall calculations, from column pads to the slag on and above grade totals.
