We invite you onto projects from our GC network — or help you bid one of your own. You get the plans, the scope, and the timeline.
3 Takeoff & Estimate Done For You
15 years of estimating experience. All CSI divisions. We build the takeoff, price it, and walk you through every number so you understand the bid.
4 Submit With Confidence
Bid package, exclusions, clarifications, bonding language — all reviewed by an SCLA-credentialed estimator before it goes to the GC.
5 Win & Execute
If you win, we stay with you through execution. PM consulting, change orders, claims protection — so the project actually closes profitably.
6 Graduate
