Do you provide a written Statement of Work and quote?
Yes. After a brief discovery call, we provide a written SOW with pricing, scope, deliverables, and a project timeline within 5 business days. Multi-year pricing available.
Are you eligible for Perkins V funding?
Yes. ConstructIQ supports Perkins-eligible uses including CTE program quality improvement, work-based learning, professional development, and equipment/technology purchases. We can provide an alignment narrative for your local application.
Are you on the ETPL (Eligible Training Provider List)?
We support districts and workforce boards through the ETPL inclusion process. We can provide the documentation needed for state-level review.
Do you sign a Data Privacy Agreement (DPA)?
Yes. We sign state-specific and district-specific DPAs. Our default practices align with FERPA, COPPA, SOPPA (Illinois), and the Student Online Personal Information Protection Act framework.
Can you integrate with our SIS?
Yes. We support Clever, ClassLink, OneRoster, and CSV-based roster integrations. SSO via Google, Microsoft, and SAML 2.0 identity providers.
Do you provide W-9, COI, and references?
Yes — on request. We provide a W-9, Certificate of Insurance, references from current customers, and a vendor information package ready for your procurement office.
What's the minimum contract size?
Single-site pilots start at $12,500/year. Most districts deploy at $35K–$150K/year depending on scope. State-wide and consortium deployments are typically $150K+.
Do you provide professional development for our teachers?
Yes. Every district license includes virtual PD; on-site PD is available. Train-the-trainer model available for larger deployments.
How long does implementation take?
Most districts launch within 30–60 days of contract signature, including SIS integration, instructor PD, and student roster setup. State-wide deployments typically run 60–90 days.
