1. Package Anatomy: Case lineup drawings, walk-in kit sheets, equipment schedule (evaps/condensers), control diagram, risers, details.
2. Responsibilities: Cases are often owner/vendor furnished; installer typically includes piping, insulation, supports, penetrations, testing, start-up assistance, and specified power/control terminations.
3. Bid Form Structure: Group by assemblies (cases, walk-ins, line sets, controls, test/commission). Add allowances (crane, lifts, penetrations, patch/paint, waste/reclaim).
4. Risk Flags: Roof penetrations, night/open-store work, long line sets & vertical lifts, A2L compliance, lead times, coordination windows.
