1. Sponsor

This monthly giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by S.F. Johnson Enterprises, North Highlands, CA ("Sponsor"). The Sponsor is solely responsible for this Giveaway.

2. No YouTube Affiliation

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube in any way. By entering, you release YouTube from any and all liability related to this Giveaway. You also agree to comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines and YouTube Terms of Service; non-compliant entries will be disqualified.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.

4. Recurring Monthly Schedule

This is an ongoing monthly Giveaway. A separate drawing is held each calendar month. The entry period for each month runs from the 1st of the month through 11:59 PM PT on the 24th of that same month. The first drawing will be held on August 25, 2026; any entries received before August 2026 will be included in that first drawing. The Giveaway then continues each month until Sponsor announces otherwise. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

5. How to Enter (Free)

Two free methods, each with equal chance of winning: (a) Leave one comment containing the keyword QUEEN on the designated Giveaway video on the Sponsor's YouTube channel; or (b) Submit your name and email using the entry form on this page. Limit one entry per person, per monthly drawing. Subscribing, liking, or sharing is not required to enter and will not improve your odds.

To qualify for a month's drawing, your entry must be received by 11:59 PM PT on the 24th of that month. The drawing is held on the 25th of each month, and only entries received before the cutoff are included in that month's drawing. Entries received on or after the 25th roll into the following month's drawing.

6. Prize

Each month, one (1) winner will receive a $50 USD digital gift card to the winner's choice of Starbucks, Dutch Bros, McDonald's, Panda Express, or Chipotle, delivered electronically by email. One prize per monthly drawing. Prize is non-transferable; no cash substitution except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. If the winner does not specify a brand within the claim period, Sponsor will issue a Starbucks card by default. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received that month.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Each month, one winner is selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about the 25th of that month. The winner will be notified via YouTube reply and/or email and must respond within fourteen (14) days with (a) their brand choice and (b) the email address where the digital card should be sent. If the winner cannot be reached or is ineligible, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn.

8. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes. For U.S. prizes, aggregate winnings of $600 or more from Sponsor in a calendar year may require Sponsor to issue an IRS Form 1099; the winner agrees to provide a completed Form W-9 if requested.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected (name, email, and contact details) is used only to administer this Giveaway and to notify and deliver to the winner. It will not be sold. See our Privacy Policy at www.sfjohnsonconsulting.com/privacy.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor compromises its integrity. Entries that are spam, bot-generated, edited after posting, or that violate these rules will be disqualified. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.
