Core PM Duties
Pre-Construction: - Review contract, specs, and plans - Build baseline schedule - Coordinate with estimator to confirm scope Execution: - Track manpower hours and crew efficiency - Manage material deliveries - Issue RFIs and manage submittals - Coordinate with subcontractors Communication: - Daily contact with field foreman - Weekly reports to owner/GC - Update logs: RFI, change order, submittals - Coordinate inspections Closeout: - Submit warranties, O&Ms, and as-builts - Walk project with owner - Ensure punchlist is completed - Final billing and retention release
