🏗️ Demolition (1926 Subpart T) i
Plan the sequence, maintain structural integrity, and control utilities/debris.
- Pre-demo engineering survey; identify load-bearing/hidden hazards
- Utility locates/shutdowns verified & tagged (electric, gas, water, sprinkler)
- Chutes/controlled drop zones; debris management; housekeeping
- Prohibit standing under loads; exclusion zones with signage
🧪 Silica (1926.1153) i
Use Table 1 or exposure assessment; implement water/HEPA controls and respiratory protection as required.

🪜 Lifts, Ladders, Access (Subparts X & L) i
Right ladder for task; inspect lifts daily; fall protection by manufacturer’s manual.
- Scissor/boom lift daily inspection; pothole protection
- Ladders 3-point contact; top step/rail not used; secure/extend 3 ft
- Maintain clear access/egress; housekeeping of cords/debris
