Exam Tips & Open-Book Strategy
- First pass: ~45–60 seconds/question. Answer confident ones, flag rest and return.
- Index fast: Use table of contents and index to find Articles quickly instead of wandering through code.
- Show your math: On calc sheets, label each step clearly (VA → demand → conductors → OCPD → check tables).
- When unsure: Choose the answer that is the most conservative but still code-compliant.
- Licensing rule note: Pay attention to Florida specific rule nuances in business/law — these vary by category.
