We go through your Architectural Plans & Specifications in great detail.  We provide a written report that covers the scope of the project from beginning to end.  Responsibilities given to each involved person from GC to the cleanup crew is explained in detail.  We include a full materials list, measurements (take-offs) and details for each involved trade.  We include all material costs from beams to nails including all man hours, labor rates, equipments costs, overhead and expected range of profit. 

This service was designed for General Contractors but may be used on a smaller scale for any subcontractor.

• You register for a new account by clicking the contact link.
  
• A member of our staff will contact you within 30 minutes to obtain a brief description of work needed. A minimal start-up fee is then charged.
• You will be asked to email all plans to takeoffs@sfjohnsonconsulting.com.
  
• After you submit your initial payment, your take off will be completed in 48 hours.  A representative will call you and also email you the results.
• You will have 48 hours to notify us of any changes required and these will be completed at no cost to you.
• Once satisfied, you are invoiced electronically for the remainder of the total service amount.
